With nearly a decade of experience, Sunny specializes in residential, commercial, agricultural, and investment real estate, bringing a strategic, business-minded, and grounded approach to every transaction.
Sunny began investing in real estate at the age of 20, laying the foundation for a career built on discipline, long-term vision, and results. Under his leadership, Oracle Property Group has ranked #1 in sales volume in its category for three consecutive years, placing Sunny among the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Fraser Valley. He is known for his clarity, strong judgement, and ability to navigate complex negotiations with composure and confidence.
Outside of real estate, Sunny is a devoted husband and proud father of three. He values staying active, personal growth, travel, and quality time with his family. Fluent in both English and Punjabi, Sunny serves a diverse and growing community throughout the Fraser Valley.
